MANILA, Philippines — A disgruntled third year student allegedly shot and killed the principal of a public school in South Cotabato, a police official said on Friday.
Senior Superintendent Robert Kuinisala, South Cotabato police chief, identified the victim as Ricardo dela Cruz, principal of Surallah National Agricultural School (SUNAS) in the municipality of Surallah in South Cotabato.
