OAS, Albay (7 May) — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo warned unscrupulous traders and erring officials of the National Food Authority (NFA) to make no mistake about the government’s determination to go after rice hoarders and profiteers.
The President issued the warning Tuesday in her address before a multi-sectoral assembly at the covered court of Barangay Poblacion here.
