DepEd’s equivalency exam gives OSYs, adults second chance

Tacloban City (May 18) — Thanks to President Arroyo’s administrative Order No. 205 which directed the DepEd chief to lead the organization and implementation of activities to commemorate Independence Day on June 12, out of school youth and adults will have a second chance at learning through the special Accreditation and Equivalency Exam scheduled on June 12, 2008 in 189 testing centers nationwide.


The A&E Examinations which will be administered by the Department of Education through its Bureau of Alternative Learning System, targets the out of school learners who want to either pursue college or work without a college diploma.

    how about the A&E test last feb? do you mean there will be two A&E tests this year? my friend took the A&E test last february and the results aren’t out yet. do you have any idea when will the results be out?
