Gov’t opens e-learning center for workers in Manila

MANILA, May 18 (PNA) -- In a bid to boost the productivity and competitiveness of workers and entrepreneurs, the government has opened an e-learning center for them in Ermita, Manila. Teachers join training on IT elective
