General Santos City (15 May) — IBM Philippines has partnered with the General Santos City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. to donate a KidSmart early Learning Program to two local schools here.
These are the General Santos City SPED Integrated School located at Quezon Avenue, and the Francisco Oringo Sr. Elementary School, located at Oringo Subdivision, Barangay City Heights.
A formal turn-over will take place on May 23, 2008 at the General Santos City SPED Integrated School campus.
The donation which includes hardware, educational software and training will cater to students in Grades One and Two of both schools.
