Gov’t opens e-learning center for workers in Manila

MANILA, May 18 (PNA) — In a bid to boost the productivity and competitiveness of workers and entrepreneurs, the government has opened an e-learning center for them in Ermita, Manila.

The National Wages and Productivity Board (NWPC) said the center, located on the 11th floor of the G.E. Antonino Building along Kalaw St., is part of non-wage benefits for minimum wage earners.

NWPC executive director Ciriaco Lagunzad III said the Center is a one-stop shop for information and interactive learning on productivity knowledge and technologies “where workers and employers can avail and access resource materials and technical assistance on productivity using self-guided and technology driven learning modules.”
