MANILA, May 5 (PNA)-– Education Secretary Jesli Lapus on Monday said that the non-stop speculation about cabinet revamp, including the alleged change in the leadership at the Department of Education (DepEd) will cause more harm than good to the agency.
“The nth time this speculation has been floated. Such destabilizing rumors are counterproductive in a huge organization such as DepEd, which sadly has had five secretaries already in six years,†said Lapus.
