i am a let topnotcher yet i’ve been denied many times by the public school i am applying for. what does it really take for me to render my service and impart knowledge to the unpriveliged youth in the public school. I’m really confused. BAkit ipinagkakait ang “item” na yan?

so, there’s no formal mandate for let topnotchers to be granted a slot in the public service. Please concerned officials, please , we got a situation here.
